From estimating to project management, contractors need easy-to-use tools to simplify and automate processes throughout the construction lifecycle. This session focuses on ProEst’s estimating and CRM software; SubHQ’s all-in-one project management solution for subcontractors; Procore’s project and resource management software; and Penta’s ERP solution and field construction management tools to improve jobsite efficiency.
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Jim Andrews is the founder and CEO of SubHQ. A leader and visionary in construction and development for more than 30 years, Andrews is also the owner and chairman of American Ironworks & Erectors Inc., a structural steel erector. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to address AIE’s own technology and project management needs, Andrews created a solution that addresses the unique needs and pain points specific to subcontractors, which is now SubHQ.
Chandler Brooks, head of strategic alliances - associations, focuses on enhancing the relationships and partnerships to move the construction industry forward through strategic industry association alliances. At Procore, he manages a team focused on industry engagement through relationship-building and connection and education at the local/regional levels in the United States. Brooks worked in architecture before moving to general contracting and focused mostly on high-rise adaptive reuse projects in Texas.
Jeff Gerardi is the owner, president, and CEO of ProEst Estimating Software. Under Gerardi’s leadership, ProEst has grown into a thriving, cutting-edge technology firm that serves more than 8,000 contractors across the globe.
