ABC PNW's 11th Annual Craft Championships was a hit!

Skilled trades in spotlight at ABC Craft Championships Article

More than 500 high school students attended our Craft Championships event last Friday! They observed our top HVAC and Sheet Metal apprentices as they competed for an all-expense paid trip to ABC National's Craft Championships competition in Denver next March 2027. The winners are: Taggart Easter for HVAC (Hunter-Davisson) and Lyric Quinn for Sheet Metal (A-Absolute Comfort Heating and Cooling). Note: Henry Shapovalov of Direct Mechanical took second place and will be competing at this years ABC National Championships as Lyric Quinn particiapted at the Salt Lake City National Championship last year.

Huge thanks to our sponsors who made the day a big success: Milwaukee Tools, Reitmeier, Johnson Air, Robinson Construction Co., Hunter-Davisson, D&R Masonry, Dallas Glass, Direct Mechanical, Star Rentals, DeWalt, Keen, Viking Heating & Sheetmetal, Star Rentals, ProTemp, and NW College of Construction.

The Daily Journal of Commerce sent a reporter to Craft, and our chapter received excellent coverage of last Friday’s event. Click below to read more.
