UNDERSTANDING BIAS TO UNLEASH POTENTIAL, PART 2: CULTIVATE CONNECTION AND CHOOSE COURAGE
Go beyond simply raising awareness to building practical skills that let you recognize bias in action and counter its potentially harmful effects. Increase empathy and curiosity in personal interactions to surface and explore bias and explore ways to face bias with courage and create the space where everyone is respected, included and valued.
